The department said the van had been southbound on U.S. Highway 93 at about 1:30 p.m. and was trying to turn west to access Pierce Ferry Road when it collided with the oncoming bus, which had been traveling northbound.

Why some states allow Chinese drivers license to be legal...even though maybe they can identify 80% similarity in traffic rules but the driving culture and style is very very different....

http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/nation-and-world/passengers-who-died-crash-dallas-cowboys-bus-were-china-authorities-say

2.三个月之内;
3.都是转弯不让直行被T-bone(很可能也没把stop sign当回事);
maybe they can identify 80% similarity in traffic rules but the driving
culture and style is very very different....
如果是two way stop,
