求flat fee的buyer agent

在买南湾的房子，看了一两周，已经下过一次offer了，需要在3月底之前买到。不是
firs time buyer。发现我们自己找房子，做功课，其实agent involvoment也不多，就是最后下个offer的事。所以想找个flat fee agent。
