Please allow me to make an analog with my injury case here. The perpetrators had inflicted serious injuries to me at the workplace and then at some clinics by some providers, and then the SYSTEM claims "no medical evidence". How? Many ways from such a murderous fraudulent system!
1. no medical providers I can really find, and some medical providers would even claim they need an intepreter on the phone when I visited the clinic in person!
2. a VERY few WCB-authorized medical providers may say OK to me, but requires me to contact the Workers' Compensation "Insurance" adjuster, who of course is either "unresponsive" or telling the "medical provider" how to LAUNDRY my injuries off from the "medical report".
3. the very few WCB-authorized medical providers OFTEN would not even want to hear about the mechanism of injuries, or about my complaint of symptoms. These SHAMEFUL "medical professionals" then claimed whatever kind of CRAP as "OBJECTIVE FINDINGS" and distorted whatever way on my complaint of symptoms in their so-called "MEDICAL REPORTS". I would show such "MEDICAL REPORTS" later to tell what kind of sick human scums these "medical professionals" are.
4. the very few WCB-authorized medical providers often use someone I really have no idea of who is the person seeing me, but the "MEDICAL REPORTS" would often claim a PHYSICIAN of what name has provided the "medical service".
5. the very few WCB-authorized medical providers would use useless diagnostic tests to claim I am normal here and there.
6. the very few WCB-authorized medical providers would NOT provide a referral for MRI on IMPORTANT BODY SITES such as neck and head, which were clearly parts of the injuries, and then the providers claim normal on here and there.
7. the MRI facilities within the providers' business ring add another loop of delay, denial, and distortion. And if a MRI is eventually done, their manipulation on the data and "medical report" is also done, by claiming normal on here and there, and by blaming on something such as disease else other than injuries.
8. my former WC attorney Mr. Matthew T. Swansen and his law firm Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, LLP changed the WCB-authorized clinics I had made an initial visit and referred me to both 1) New York City Medical & Neurological Offices, PC, and 2) New York Medical & Diagnostic Center. Both NYCMNO and NYMDC did their PROFESSIONAL INTENTIONAL TORT AND ATTEMPTED MURDERS, under the disguise of some "medical diagnoses" and "medical treatments".
9. the Workers' Compensation Law is kind of a piece of shit to all the parties, except the difference that the injured victim witnesses all the other parties trash the so-called law before following to treat the law as trash too.
