发动群众，制造舆论的：
ＳＡＰ是德国人，用”我们是德国人的公司“，
拒绝”美国化“避而不提”烙印“的问题。

ＩＢＭ是老美发动当地媒体舆论，用
”我们是老美的公司“，以类似工会的形势，
反对高管无限度外包，Ｈ1Ｂ签证工，
拿老美纳税人的ＳＵＢＳＩＤＹ去抚养烙印。

ＧＭ是2006左右大规模外包烙印，
2009破产，老美纳税人巨额ＢＡＩＬＯＵＴ，
所以ＧＭ对舆论很sensitive.

所以事在认为。 华裔ＮＥＲＤＳ
要团结起来，掌握主动。 不能被动
地老是被人黑。我们不要当偏安一偶的”南帝“！
