街上traffic最近不是一般的拥挤，和新冠前比的话，只多不少
店里和公园也是人头熙攘
那和现在的new case大爆发如何配合？
其实数据报告有很多猫腻。我最近在和院里同事以及UTSW系统的同事聊起来，很多数据的“按摩”行为
比方说，
probable cases都算confirmed cases。家里一个人测出来，全家都算确诊。预约排队
去测的，都算确诊， 等等。其实我并不是反对这样做，我觉着这样on the safe side, 挺好
hospitalization数目算所有住院病人，不单是covid住院病人，从5月底开始open以后
，所有医院病人都大增，因为elective surgery回来了，病床一下子从10%到50%利用率。数据如果不是说的covid patient hospitalization的话，那就包括左右病人，比如
换膝盖的，换hip的，心脏bypass的，etc.
为啥红州德州会有这种报告按摩行为？3个原因：
1. 红州里的很多大人口county都是蓝的，特别是health commissioner，大多数民主党2. 医院系统也大多数是蓝的，医生虽然红蓝比较平均，但是他们说了不算啊，医疗机
构里发言权最大的是administrators，90%都是liberals
3. covid病人数多了可以获得州和联邦资助
这种数据的“按摩”行为，到底导致多大水分？很难说，就我个人在本地(light blue county)一个医院的经验来看，大概有30%的水分。但是在深蓝county比如tarrant,
harris, dallas等地，就可能更多
Look，不要凡事就拿左右眼鏡看，不要瞎猜。你既然看到數據不對勁，為何不問問他們為何要這麼報？或者 Try to find out？為何就直接跳到左右鬥爭？這種政治掛帥的態度是不科學的。

谢谢你的时间。这解答了我之前的疑惑：“为何预约排队就算确诊”？答案是其实楼主搞错了，不是确诊，而是 probable case。
这整件事就是美新版常常出现的误会，看到一点风吹草就就骂天骂地，但却没人多看一眼、多问一声、多想一下。这就是我一直批美新版的：
