其实我倒是觉得红脖想抓贼，但是现在看来小黑还真不是贼。
现在有几条事实基本通过视频和房主得到确认了：
1. 小黑以前也在这个社区里跑步，而且跑步期间到这个工地里停留一会儿，没拿任何
东西，接着跑了。
2. 小黑来这个工地的目的很有可能是来喝水。房主自己的律师通过对视频的分析说的。
3. 房主说工地里没有丢过任何东西，也没有file 过任何失窃的police report。老王
说小道消息说房主丢失了价值$2500的钓鱼设备。首先是小道消息跟房主自己的声明矛
盾，也没有任何police report证实。试想如果是你会把那么贵重物品放在一个没有大
门随便进出的工地吗？特别是房主住在车程俩小时之外的地方。其次工地里进出的不止小黑一人。而且视频里每次看到小黑都是空手来去的。即使真的丢了东西，也不一定是小黑偷的。
