A group of students at Harvard Law School is calling on the university to stop allowing President Trump's Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, to hold a teaching job unless there is an investigation into the sexual assault allegations brought against him.
Kavanaugh is slated to teach a course called "The Supreme Court since 2005" in the 2019 Winter term.
"Will Harvard Law School take seriously the credible allegation of Kavanaugh’s sexual assault against a young woman before he is allowed to continue teaching young women?" As statisticians, we take pride in our role as truth tellers, sometimes even when truth might not be what people wanted to hear. The commitment to truth is ingrained deeply in the statistician's culture. Therefore, we believe it is appropriate for the statistics community, especially the mental health statistics community, to support Professor Blasey Ford in her pursuit of truth with the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.

I am a statistician too. Can you show me the data that suggests Professor Blasey Ford is not lying? From the information I collected online, the likelihood of Professor Blasey Ford faking the accused attack to block a great man to be the next SCOTUS is very very high. Without enough data to convince me, I unfortunately have to point out that you are an opportunistic "Statistician" and thus can't represent the mental health statistics community.
