感觉每天上班都很痛苦,自己不会,任务搞不定,上网查也几乎没有reference,问
mentor也得不到解答只会被怼。每天都想离职可是马上又要h1b抽签。煎熬。
mentor听起来有些mean,无论原因是什么,你靠不上她了。
看team里有没有别的senior一些的人可以问,同胞一般会比较帮忙。
IT主要还是靠自己多钻研,问人之前也要做好homework。
不能换mentor,就换组,再不行就换公司,活人还能被憋死?
