Due to the COVID-19 first reported from Wuhan, China and then claimed by many GOVERNMENTS as a “PANDEMIC” and their policies and decisions such as public-school closure and some pandemic benefits, my child has stayed at “ home” for more than a year for the so-called “remote-learning” and is entitled to the temporary food benefits from New York City and State.
In August 2020, I, the parent, received a postal mail from NYS OTDA (Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance) about the availability of P-EBT ( Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer) food benefits to my NYC high-school child and the procedure to access it. At the end of 2020, the family received a reminder mail about the P-EBT benefit. Later, a family member asked me about the P-EBT and then went on to access it, but found my high- school child’s CBIC (Common Benefit Identification Card) was deemed as INVALID by the P-EBT activation system and thus used my CBIC for the child’s P-EBT purpose.
I never used my CBIC card. Recently, I logged to the set-up account on www. connectebt.com and was surprised to find the account’s tiny bit “ information” even includes a government fabricated falsehood about the Issue Date of my CBIC as 08/31/2019. That elicits my anger and agony, because I have been a victim of a SERIES of STATE-TERRORISTS-ATTEMPTED- MURDERS first disguised as workplace “accidents” in a hard-labor slavery warehouse in Queens and then as “medical diagnoses and treatments” in NYC, and the New York System has been playing denying, delaying, distorting, deleting, destroying, etc, to me the victim. NYS Workers’ Compensation Board directed me to apply for social services in summer 2019, and then I went to the FRAUDULENTLY AND INSULTINGLY named “Queens Job Center” for the application of BENEFITS in Aug 2019. I did get the typical kind of governmental inefficiency, humiliation, and insult to the “unfortunate” ones. In plain language, although I was taken facial picture and fingers print on the Aug 05, 2019 application, I did NOT get any BENEFIT or a CBIC card from it. So, when I saw the government “record” of Issue Date 08/31/ 2019, I decided to contact OTDA, via the OTDA mail-provided email address [email protected] on March 19, 2021 to 1) issue my CHILD a working/valid CBIC as she by “record” is benefiting from some benefits, and 2) take the never-used school-child P-EBT from my CBIC account and put into the child’s CBIC.
I didn’t notice any immediate automatic reply. Later of March 19, 2021, I received an email titled as “P-EBT automated response” which claims emphatically this email address is NOT MONITORED, and it doesn’t include my initial inquiry email. I then replied anyway and didn’t get any immediate automatic reply. The P-EBT form link in OTDA’s “automated response” led to an office.com online page, and on March 21, 2021, I followed to provide the needed info to request a CBIC replacement for my child. On March 22, 2021, I got an OTDA email reply which claims it could NOT do what I requested. I questioned why it can NOT be practically done. Then, on March 23, 2021, my phone registered a missed phone call on 04:54 pm and a corresponding voice message which told me to call (518) 603-1196 for my child’s P-EBT. The SYSTEM has controlled and monitored all my electronic devices, communications, and personal moves, as I believe firmly. My phone service needed to be topped-up on March 24, 2021, and because of reasons I did not seamlessly top-up for the next 30 days. While my email inquiries were NOT responded by OTDA, it INITIATED another email titled “Trying to contact you” received at 04:27 pm, March 24, 2021, from [email protected] , addressing me as “Good afternoon”, claiming that “Marylin Chillis has tried to contact you” and asking me to call back at (518) 603- 1196. After I emailed more on March 25, 2021, and still did not get any response from OTDA by March 26, 2021, I topped-up my phone service and called (518) 603-1196 on March 26, 2021, first on 12:53 pm and then on 15:08 pm. During the two calling-outs, I emailed back [email protected], as follows:
“Good afternoon, I just tried to contact by the phone you provided, (518) 603-1196. After a few rings, the automatic old lady voice prompt tells, "You have reached a non-working phone. Please do not leave any personal information on this line. Thank you." Then it's is the beep for me to leave a voice message which is a brief of SILENCED. I will try again to see how the New York System's working or non-working. By the way, do I have the right to have a family? do I have the right to NOT be MURDER-ATTEMPTED by STATE TERRORISM through all possible venues? Very truly yours, Limin Wang”
My second calling-out had the same kind of “nonworking” “automated” “ response” from such a SYSTEM.
I had not used such SARCASTIC or ANGRY tone in the beginning, even by this stage in my initial email to OTDA about the practically presumed easy matter. But, the “democratic” SYSTEM again and again is proven NOT working for the “humans” even on this USA-directly-controlled land. Instead, some other parties of this SYSTEM came to “contact” me on their “SERVICE” of “TERMINATION” Notice on my rent-place, again and again, during these few days. It has been a premeditated and coordinated harassment, threat, torture, and attempted-murder, never ever ending.
If it had NOT been such a COVID-19 pandemic FRAUD generated by the USA-China hybrid system through a “collaborated” virus research between USA and China, my family, and particularly my case of being murder-attempted injuries, would NOT have been affected by the so-called COVID-19. The professional murderers, aka state terrorists, have been trying to shroud the COVID-19 onto the serious injuries my brain, spine, and all the rest of body have sustained primarily or secondarily.
While the ones in governmental or “medical” positions may have been tremendously benefited such a declared COVID-19 “pandemic”, via “records ” and “laws”, many bottom-classes humans, like my family, might have suffered tremendous difficulties, even professional murders under the shroud of “COVID-19”, what share of BENEFITS such a SYSTEM can allow to the RULED and RUINED mass? A Glimpse of Mails and Garbage and Lights by Limin Wang March 27, 2021
A most recent thing about the mail problems in this building:
Relatively late in the afternoon of March 26, 2021, I checked all the three mailboxes and did not find any new mails yet. The third floor teenagers were hanging out in the front yard. The USPS mail delivery usually comes at its routine time. However, by the TV news time in later afternoon, I found a bunch of USPS mails in the mailbox which is clearly labelled and known to the other two floors to be used supposedly exclusively by my family. Four USPS delivery notices were there, one for Amanda Chung (2nd floor) with the sender's specific information written, two for Limin Wang and Li Li respectively, and one for John Doe, and the latter three notices were written "personal and confidential" as the SENDER. What's so TYPICALLY FRAUDULENTLY COORDINATEDLY BIZZARD are: 1) The USPS notice for Amanda Chung was sticking TIGHTLY with the USPS notice to me, Limin Wang; 2) the old woman from the second floor came down to the building's outside in the DARKNESS for a minute and then backed in. (Note: the perpetrators, directly a second floor person, had deliberately messed up the lights and switches in the hallway and building front, and Landlord Maurice Shiau had only selectively some hallway lights repaired while my rent-space's doorbell disabled. Landlord acts so innocent and helpless to me.) The next morning, i.e., the March 27, 2021 morning, I went to the mailboxes area, and found several mails (to all three floors respectively, but mainly for 2nd floor) were still in the open-access mailbox (which the USPS mail delivery usually goes to WITHOUT mail separation by floors), but the mail delivery notice for Amanda Chung was not found in any of the three mailboxes. I didn't even take in any of the THREE USPS notices for Limin Wang, Li Li, or John Doe. These THREE USPS notice were still there.
In the past, sometimes I caught the old woman, among some other members or their daily or weekly visiting members from the 2nd floor, took my family's mails or packages up and then sometimes brought back to the mailboxes, the 2nd floor old woman's explanation to me one time was SHE RECENTLY HAD EYE SURGERY! Then I was suggesting her to look carefully to the receiver's name in bright light or to tell her family members to take mails with discretion. Prior, the same old woman was claiming her floor was supposed to handle the mails and there had been even litigations about mail problems in this residence building. I have flatly objected that my family's mails have to go through another tenant family's monitoring and controlling.
Also, a TARGET plastic bag (the RED RINGS) was thrown to a garbage bin's top in the dark night of March 26 to 27, 2021. Additionally, somebodies have also used GAEBAGE, literally, to frame and blame, besides to frighten or threaten, me or my family.

A Glimpse of Mails and Garbage and Lights

A most recent thing about the mail problems in this building:
Relatively late in the afternoon of March 26, 2021, I checked all the three mailboxes and did not find any new mails yet. The third floor teenagers were hanging out in the front yard. The USPS mail delivery usually comes at its routine time. However, by the TV news time in later afternoon, I found a
bunch of USPS mails in the mailbox which is clearly labelled and known to
the other two floors to be used supposedly exclusively by my family. Four
USPS delivery notices were there, one for Amanda Chung (2nd floor) with the sender's specific information written, two for Limin Wang and Li Li
respectively, and one for John Doe, and the latter three notices were
written "personal and confidential" as the SENDER. What's so TYPICALLY
FRAUDULENTLY COORDINATEDLY BIZZARD are: 1) The USPS notice for Amanda Chung was sticking TIGHTLY with the USPS notice to me, Limin Wang; 2) the old
woman from the second floor came down to the building's outside in the
DARKNESS for a minute and then backed in. (Note: the perpetrators, directly a second floor person, had deliberately messed up the lights and switches in the hallway and building front, and Landlord Maurice Shiau had only
selectively some hallway lights repaired while my rent-space's doorbell
disabled. Landlord acts so innocent and helpless to me.) The next morning, i.e., the March 27, 2021 morning, I went to the mailboxes area, and found
several mails (to all three floors respectively, but mainly for 2nd floor)
were still in the open-access mailbox (which the USPS mail delivery usually goes to WITHOUT mail separation by floors), but the mail delivery notice for Amanda Chung was not found in any of the three mailboxes. I didn't even
take in any of the THREE USPS notices for Limin Wang, Li Li, or John Doe.
These THREE USPS notice were still there.
In the past, sometimes I caught the old woman, among some other members or
their daily or weekly visiting members from the 2nd floor, took my family's mails or packages up and then sometimes brought back to the mailboxes, the
2nd floor old woman's explanation to me one time was SHE RECENTLY HAD EYE
SURGERY! Then I was suggesting her to look carefully to the receiver's name in bright light or to tell her family members to take mails with discretion. Prior, the same old woman was claiming her floor was supposed to handle the mails and there had been even litigations about mail problems in this
residence building. I have flatly objected that my family's mails have to go through another tenant family's monitoring and controlling.
Also, a TARGET plastic bag (the RED RINGS) was thrown to a garbage bin's top in the dark night of March 26 to 27, 2021. Additionally, somebodies have
also used GAEBAGE, literally, to frame and blame, besides to frighten or
threaten, me or my family.
Human scums do human scums things in PREMEDITATED AND COORDINATED WAYS so
often.
