On Dec 4, 2016, I placed an order# XXXXXXXXXXXXXX on Target.com, which contains: 1. Maruchan Beef Ramen Noodle Soup 18 oz, 6 ct, qty 1, $1.69 2. Puppy with Lights Gift Card $300, qty 1 $300.00
Order total $271.61.
I paid with three Target gift card, numbers listed below: 1. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 2. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 3. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
On Dec. 5, I received an email for the eGiftcard in my order. The new eGiftCard number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The card was activated on Dec 5, and I added it to my target.com online account successfully. The balance of the gift card was shown as $300 on Dec 5.
On Dec. 8, I checked my target.com online account, and found out that the new eGiftcard has disappeared from my account. I contacted your customer service, and your representative stated that my eGiftCard is related to “ promotion abuse” without giving me any details, and she refused to reactive the giftcard nor refund my order, claimed “no further instructions for her to follow”. This is not acceptable and not professional in any regards. First, I did NOT violate any terms to the gift card promotion sale. Second, I spent $271.61 on this order, it is your company’s responsibility to provide the corresponding goods and service to me. If your company cannot provide them to me, you need to issue me the refund. So hereby I request my refund of $350 ($300 for the eGiftCard which has been deactivated, $50 for my phone cost and fuel cost to local Target store) of this target.com order in cash, no Giftcard will be accepted.

On Dec 4, 2016, I placed an order# xx on Target.com, which contains: 1. XX for in store pick up and 2. Holiday Gift Tag Gift Card - $300 Order total $271.02.
My payment was received by Target, the payment was made through following: Target gift card numbers: XX and XX.
My order went through successfully, I picked up the item #1 on Dec 4th, and I received an email for the eGiftcard in my order. The new eGiftCard number is XX. The balance of the gift card was shown as $300 on Dec 5th. But on Dec 8th the eGiftCard shows invalid card number upon checking balance on your website. In addition, the two gift cards that were used in this purchase show balance of 0 while there was $28.98 left on the card. Upon researching on internet, my situation is not a single case, it has been reported by many other consumers that the money has been taken away illegally and without any notification or justification. To date, I have not received any refund for this order.

今天中午tgt打电话来，说是他们的系统glitch了，“误认为”我是promotion abuse，于是把270刀refund了。我说我本来应该拿到300刀的，那30刀怎么办？接线小哥说他现在只能给我refund，没有其他办法了。于是也只能如此了。
过了一会儿，email发来了新的gc，270刀，是新号
此事到此算是不了了之了么？大家有什么想法？

刚才打电话去target问，转到supervisor之后说是涉嫌promotion abuse,这张卡已经给关了，也不能reactivate或者refund？？这个人还说现在她什么都做不了，甚至没有

On Dec 4, 2016, I placed an order# xx on Target.com, which

2. Holiday Gift Tag Gift Card - $300
Order total $271.02.
My payment was received by Target, the payment was made through following:
Target gift card numbers: XX and XX.
My order went through successfully, I picked up the item #1 on Dec 4th, and I received an email for the eGiftcard in my order. The new eGiftCard number is XX. The balance of the gift card was shown as $300 on Dec 5th. But on Dec 8th the eGiftCard shows invalid card number upon checking balance on your
website. In addition, the two gift cards that were used in this purchase
show balance of 0 while there was $28.98 left on the card. Upon researching on internet, my situation is not a single case, it has been reported by many other consumers that the money has been taken away illegally and without
any notification or justification. To date, I have not received any refund
for this order.
If you wish to resolve this matter without court action, I will expect my
cash refund of $328.98 within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter. I may be reached at XX from 9 am to 5 pm. If I do not hear from your company, I will initiate a lawsuit.

当天网上买的都被CANCEL了现在看来反而是好事
说明当时target就已经意识到问题了 只是GC清空余额的做法太LOW了 这么一搞即使最
后把GC余额要回来 也得搭上不少时间成本呢
后换了个customer relationship的人和我来扯皮，说他们查到balance被转走了，我说怎么被转走的，被谁转走的，回答是一概无可奉告，让我自己去报警，让警方来联系他们，我说你搞笑吧，警察会有空来管你这两百刀的鸟事，我说那为什么你不先把
balance退回给我，然后你们去报警呢，我这张卡用都没用过，一直放在家里的抽屉了
，刮都没刮开来过，被盗不可能是我的原因，肯定你们系统的原因，然后record都在你们那里，加上从你们那里被偷的，明显应该你们去报警。然后奇葩的来了，说可以给我100刀作为courtesy，我当然不接受，courtesy个屁啊，明明就是你们的错，过了一天
丫的又打电话来，说经研究，他们同意退还我200刀，不过我BBB把case关了的时候，还是把他们这样恶劣行为和嘴脸写了上去让大家看看，target从上次男女同厕的事件就开始有作死的迹象了，现在是加速自己进棺材的速度
