a.共同或者对方作为受益人的保险
b.租房合约,抵押贷款
c.共同账户/报税文件
d.婚礼/共同生活的证明证言
要求我们把相关材料寄回:
1. Regular Mail的话, 寄到Kansas的National Benefits Center
2. Express Mail or Courier Deliveries的话,寄到Missouri的USCIS
问题:
1. 我们submit 485的时候已经提交了体检表,本以为是要我们重新翻译出生公证(我们
当时交的是5页带公证书封面的) 或者是交EVL,从没听说过EB2 485还要证明婚姻真实,
有没有可能是USCIS搞错了绿卡类别?
2. 今天只收到了副RFE,打算等等看后面有没有主RFE,另外再和律师商量一下交什么材
料,寄材料寄到KS的NBC还是MO的USCIS?我以为我的材料在field office,难道现在还在
NBC?

不管是哪个类别，EB或者FB副卡也得都证明和主卡的关系啊。

LS正解，因为副申请人是依赖主申请人来拿绿卡的，所以肯定是需要证明婚姻真实有效性的，也有可能是结婚时间太短？
其实我们都是EB2,LD的I140也早就批准了,只是排期比我晚,我们结婚5年以上了,过去5
年一直住一起,提交485时交了:结婚证,两人的I140 A#,不知道VO为啥有疑虑......
是真的就没啥好担心的。可能就是他们把材料搞乱了或者丢了。也算是经常看见有人体检啊，出生证明啊，明明交了也被RFE，估计就是找不到了。
你按要求交就是了
