今年1月10号H1B Renew的COS批准了，但当时没有拿到纸质797A，1月16号出境，1月19
号用旧的797签证，2月2号入境，i94和visa stamp只给到旧的797A截止日期今年6月初
，目前手上有纸质版的新797A，显示valid from今年5月底到23年6月初。
我想问：
我这样算是unlawful presence吗？
我的护照明年夏天过期，如果川普的h1b入境禁令继续延长到明年底甚至更久的话，我
明年在旧护照过期之后，如果拿到了新护照，还是必须在旧护照过期之前出境吗？
你这个没有问题，不算unlawful presence。
明年换新护照就行了，不用出境。

担心的话，到CBP 去换张I94。
我也觉得有问题，I94已经过期了，已经非法了，需要尽快想办法更新I94
这个情况是合法的，当你有新的797，i94会自动更新到新的797上的日期。如果你还有
