Ignore the "normal processing time", just submit the SR. When I submitted online SR, I got automatic reply saying expect answer by 3/25. As of today I haven't heard anything, wondering if anyone has experience on how long does it take for one to hear back after submitting online SR. (sry cant type chinese right now.)

我手上eb2和eb3的140都有批准。去年4月跟eb2 file的485，现在想降级relink到eb3。已经做了online SR，现在想再写一封信要求降级，但是不确定寄信地址是什么。今天
emma问到了我的case在NBC，Missouri 那个。版上考古发现地址都是Texas 或者
Nebraska 的，请问有人知道Missouri NBC相应收这种信的地址吗？先谢过了！

485 RD是2019年4月。还没到normal processing time（2018年4月），也可以做online SR吗？

我去年8月份交的relink，上个月回复说要process...可是已经不适用了啊，哭死
