我昨天485党员面试时，对方让我填了一张格式化的党员表格，回答十几个问题。其中 有个问题正好对应这个问题，那个问题是问did you become a membership automaticly（动词是不是become记不清了，但automaticly记得很清楚）。我个人觉得，可以沿用上面有 层的说法，那时未成年，只是去上学，automatic的成为了少先队员和团员，只记得学 校要求所有同学都必须带红领巾上学。
Thanks for sharing. I think it is wise to say you needed to consult your attorney and not change the answer on the form. As a matter of fact, I'd not extend to anything beyond that. If the interviewer further argues, one can simply say that it's a totalitarian system in China so it's really about interpretation if any single entity is affiliated to the Communist Party or not.
首先，缺了更新的体检表和 J 表。J 表的要求是新的。公司的律师没有提及这两样东

其次，是少先队员和团员的问题。没想到面试人会纠缠这个问题。485 上有一项问你是否参加过和共产党有关的组织。因为不是党员，这项写的就是 No。但是面试人在面试
时问是否参加过少先队，如实回答是的，然后面试人说这是共产党的附属组织。我说不太清楚。面试人说你是想 dispute 这个fact吗？我仍然说这个关系我不是很确定。然
后面试人问，那我485表上的这项要不要改成 yes，我说我也不知道，需要问律师。面
试人说律师没有来（公司律师一般应该都不会来吧），必须现在决定。我说那就还是写 No 吧。面试人问我是否确定，我说确认。
不知道这个问题是不是应该这样答，明天再问问律师。大家遇到类似的情况要小心。

其退出方式与少先队相似，均为超龄自动退出。多数团员是超过28岁后自动退团，亦有人士因为毕业、工作或者居住地变更的原因，没有进行组织关系转接导致团籍遗失，或因没有缴纳团费、不参加组织活动，按照团章“团员没有正当理由，连续六个月不交纳团费、不过团的组织生活，或连续六个月不做团组织分配的工作，均被认为是自行脱团。”的规定，自动脱离共青团。“团员自行脱团，应由支部大会决定除名，并报上级委员会批准。”
但是，担任团的干部，即使超过28岁，也依然具有共青团员身份。
共青团员加入共产党[编辑]
根据团章和中共中央组织部的规定，团员加入共产党后，依然保留团籍，28岁后未担任团的职务者，则不再保留团籍。
感觉正确答案应该是,
是否共产党员? 否。
是否加入与共产党有关的组织? 是。
(假想) 如是, 什么组织? 共青团。
我坚定的说，我不是少先队员，她坚持地说那你总曾经加入过少先队吧？也可以退的
我说我没加入过少先队。结果她急了：怎么可能你没加入过少先队，中国的小孩都要加入少先队的好不好。。。。。。
我告诉她因为我没去过学校，没上过学。才把她甩了
