北京动物所的刘光慧在2012年以通讯作者发表了一篇没有人能够重复出来的Nature文章. 大家可以看看. LRRK2的突变虽然跟帕金森病有关系, 但是其他几乎所有的文章都无
法观察到带有LRRK2点突变的神经干细胞有任何的异常. 很感兴趣刘光慧是怎么做出来
的这篇文章?

我们做帕金森病的都知道这个LRRK2-G2019S并不会对人神经干细胞有任何的影响!

我对神经领域的新发现特别是近年的新靶点一直很有兴趣,随手PUBMED了一下,发现了一些PD相关LRRK2 mutation(包括G2019S, R1441G等)对人和小鼠的Neural stem/
progenitor cell和neuronal cell的影响的paper,对细胞核膜结构及细胞死亡/凋亡的影响均有报道。不知楼主用的是什么样的研究体系和模式生物?是否愿意share一下您
