Green boxes: This is probably an error, but could the authors please check the "Merge" WT / H2B and WT / H4 panels? It appears that the wrong Merge image was inserted in the H4 row. The DIC image looks clearly different, and the Merge image looks like the H2B panel.
Figure 4D.
Red boxes: In the WT row, the Stage I and Stage II-III panels appear to show an overlap.

第一个明显是失误，第二个其实不算错误，要是我连勘误都不做。因为这个就是用了来自同一个睾丸相邻的两片切片上面有两个精子发育阶段。懂精子发育的人是不会认为这个有问题的。
学术打假还是要专业一点，不要恶意攻击。
