How long does it take from receiving an email for funding selection to issuing Notice of Award approximately? Some NIH webpage in 2017 says it can take about "six to eight weeks after second-level review by our Advisory Council."
I have submitted the JIT about three weeks ago and have not received any follow up information yet.
Just wait and if you are not patient, try to contact POs who will give you a clear answer and be nice to them.
Particularly when the congress has not passed the NIH budget bill for next year, POs will fund grants with small percentiles and remaining grants within paylines will be funded when NIH budget is finally set.
