I got my approval letter today from the Provost's office. Was told this was the last hoop to jump (final step is in June by Board of Trustees, just a procedure).
I am 1 yr ahead of my schedule (on my 5th yr). I haven't graduated a PhD yet, but two students are close to wrapping up for graduation next year. During my 3rd yr review and discussions with the dept tenure promotion committee, they did ask about this criterion, I had to give them some certainty that one of my students is well on track to graduation (and showed the number of papers he had).

排名100开外的大农村学校，专业排名40+，工科专业
再有一个多月就要交package了，外加遇到COVID-19，各种焦虑
Grant 有career和一个PI 的regular，co-PI的全部败北
Paper到目前为止发表的15篇，其中5篇是第一年建实验室期间和前导师发的 (会不会有未断奶嫌疑?) 目前还有4篇自己组的文章under review。但是现在这个情况，都不知道什么时候能有结果。。。
Teaching 3.9-4左右，但是曾经有一次2.8x翻船了
毕业了PhD 和MS
Service做的还不错，系里和学校的都有
系里人际关系还算可以
稳过
teaching可以了 之前2.8 后面3.9 说明很有进步啊
没人故意刁难的话 稳过
如果没得罪人的话，没问题。15篇文章，要看专业，有些专业不太灌水，15已经很多了。
