今年拿到 NSF CAREER Award， 但是我们系 graduate program 最近被关 了。 想从其它系 招学生，但是找不到 合适，他们做不了这方面的研究。打算找个 有 PHD program 的学校跳槽。但是我这个 CAREER funding 有别分钱是 EPSCoR出的。 收到 Award notification 时，邮件里有这么一句话： This award includes funds from the EPSCoR program and those funds cannot be transferred to non EPSCoR jurisdictions.

所以如果找新工作，并且想transfer CAREER, 只能去 EPSCoR state 吗？

恭喜，我觉得只是有部分是EPSCOR吧，你转的时候不带走那部分就行
