我认为,学区房就是一些收入接近,对孩子的要求和期望接近的家庭聚集的地方。因为同类的人多,学校的政策就会更符合家长他们的诉求。这些个诉求无所谓好坏,就是自己高兴。所以,高兴的就来,不高兴的就找自己高兴的地方去,没什么可啰嗦的。

其实Lake Zurich 也应该算是学区房,只是摩托罗拉,英特尔都不在了,大批志同道合的家庭搬走了,剩下的力量变弱小了而已。

之前,我看有的说on本版:

"房子越贵,学区越好; 学区越好, 房子越贵." and 暗示,好学区,更多的机会上好大学.

版上版下, 很多具有 unique 预算的朋友感到沮丧.

我总觉得,这个说法不正确。
