我亲自去看过房子，看了好几家Apartment的房子，最后觉得这家的房子
是最新的，条件最好的，这家应该算得上是高级公寓了，据管理公司的人说，
楼是2010年才建好的。
地址：8060 Crianza Place, Vienna, VA 22182. 现在有两个选择， 一个是
住在Tower型的楼房里，房租2110/month， 一个是在garden-style的楼里
房租1995/month。 两个的房型是一模一样的，面积也一样。 这个房型非常
适合两个人合租，因为一个bedroom和一个bathroom在一边，另一个bedroom
和另一个bathroom在另一边，中间正好是厨房和客厅，然后入口也在中间，
所以两个人基本不会有干扰。（如要房型图可Email 我）
然后我看重这个房子主要是因为房子的确新，装修也非常漂亮，然后地理位置好，
Tysons Corner 的shopping Mall就在旁边，公寓也提供免费shuttle去地铁站。
基本公寓该有的设施，什么健身房，游泳池，室内篮球场，它们都有, 除此之外它
还有免费的超大屏幕的Screening Room用来看Blue Ray和Hi－Def。

这个公寓小区，很有一些美国家庭（因为隔壁至少两家都是），平时看着窗外也可看到一些小孩在玩耍。所以我觉得应该还是很安全的吧。
