Position: Senior Clinical Pharmacologist Location: Boston, MA Main Responsibilities: • Review literature and regulatory documents to understand how drugs affect biological systems • Generate hypothesis on mechanisms of adverse effects of drugs and devise strategies on how the drug products could be improved • Assemble KOLs and prescribing physicians to gain a better understanding of diseases, treatment paradigms, and unmet needs • Analyzing and interpreting existing PK/PD data to propose and designexperiments to test hypothesis • Establish Target Product Profiles and work with other team members to test TPP with KOLs.
