如何看待美籍华人故乡是中国所以要回中国来

不要过度解读，她肯定是在国内交税的，而且大概率也在国内有缴纳五险一金，如果是这样凭什么不让她享受国内应有福利。另外，讲的好像刘亦菲真的回中国了一样。情绪上过不过的去先不说，既然有法可依就不要去纠结国籍。你不给予合法纳税人相应福利，那凭什么其他国家要给海外这么多华人相应福利，你首先要知道5000万海外华人拿了其他国籍的只是凤毛麟角。

严谨一点，华人和华裔可不是一个概念，我说的是那些国籍已经不是中国的人，我并没有说那些留学生或者是被派到海外工作的人
