最近看到的一个房子：5卧3浴，~2800/7000 sqft，院子不大，但很精致，好打理。87年的房子，厨房有些旧了，不过布局结构还好。看房时拍了不少照片，贴一些，挣点魅力。

我当时的反应是这房子我白捡的都不能要啊， 一年的property tax 18w, 超过了我工资了。。。

这个房子比楼主贴的那个好多了。奇怪怎么没卖出去呢？
感觉买房子也是个各人taste的表现。烙印也就这样了。
