去见ob回来 产后两周检查。看了刀口 恢复很好。回家后基本没咋疼 开的止痛片吃过三四粒就没再吃。恶露已经是很少的淡粉色 前面已经有两天啥都没有。

我上周特意问过医生这个问题，好像他们一般都会让你先试着自己生的，只有体位不对或者娃突然出状况，没办法，主要保险卡着呢。
骨盆大小其实还好了，我有个朋友应该比你还瘦，也自己生下来了，看生的情况，其实飞飞就和你差不多呢，她不是还特顺，你也不要太担心，而且还可以提前做阴道按摩，帮助练习阴道肌肉，减轻撕裂

大家生之前都知道娃大概多大么？我特别后悔上次见ob忘了问了。。。
要是在下一次见ob前发动，我很没底啊，不知道小妞到底有多大，我有点怕的～
这边是不是哪怕娃很大也是顺产，不会推荐C？如果没有胎位问题的话。。。国内貌似现在只要觉得娃大就推荐C的说。。。
会的。我一朋友虽然骨盆不小，但是娃9磅多，所以就C了。
娃现在每隔两三个小时就开始狂动，顶的我好疼。。。
她是不是想跳出来阿
三十五周左右胎动是比较频繁的，正常，别紧张。

我又回家了，还是没动静，都说明后天能生，谁知道呢，才开了1指，软化度70%。
我刚才也跑了一趟医院，本来以为团团准时发动呢。
中午吃完饭上厕所，刚坐下就觉得有股水流出来，给ob office打了电话，去检查了，结果是negative，我的羊水膜没破，医生说是正常的阴道discharge，又被遣送回家了。白激动了一回。

至今我老想着当初要是OB不那么保守让我试一下没准我也能顺呢～～～这样老二也不用再挨一刀了～～～

刚从ob那回来，baby居然是breech position；已经36周了，估计转过来的机率很小了。。。我一直摸到肚子上头有个圆圆硬硬的，还以为是屁股呢，居然是头！
B超测出已经有37周大小了，6磅多，难怪一直觉得我肚子大。。。
虽然我不反感c-section，但因为baby是breech position而要被C,心里还是挺郁闷的。。。
没事没事，C的话省事多了，跟炒个菜一样快，而且日期什么的都确定的，准备的都会超级充分呢。

我就是怕出院那会，准备把她的小毯子小被子都带着，过了周末应该就暖和了吧。
出院的时候也很迅速的，在外面的时间其实很少很少。
你拿厚一点的毯子裹着小娃，然后再拿一个毯子把carseat盖一下，出门的时候就吹不到风了，然后就应该很快就上车了，肯定没事。

一般车子可以开到医院门口，先让爸爸把车里的暖气开足，然后你们再上车，这样在外面的时间只有1，2分钟了。baby身上多穿件衣服，因为毯子只能盖，坐在car seat的时候没办法包。

我超级怀疑我这次要经历whole package，只怕下面破水，催产都要过一遍，就怕最后在来一刀。。。
放宽心，轻松点。我家小子出生的时候8磅5，产后我没怎么痛，甚至不需要止痛药。我是超级怕痛的人。现在2个星期恢复的差不多了，恶露也基本没有了。不过我是老二，老大8磅7，也只不过比现在稍微痛了些。吃了3天的止痛药。我身高163。
所以没生的mm不用太担心，bless大家大顺产！！！
我又回家了，还是没动静，都说明后天能生，谁知道呢，才开了1指，软化度70%。

一般车子可以开到医院门口，先让爸爸把车里的暖气开足，然后你们再上车，这样在外面的时间只有1，2分钟了。baby身上多穿件衣服，因为毯子只能盖，坐在car seat的时候没办法包。

刚从ob那回来，baby居然是breech position；已经36周了，估计转过来的机率很小了。。。我一直摸到肚子上头有个圆圆硬硬的，还以为是屁股呢，居然是头！
B超测出已经有37周大小了，6磅多，难怪一直觉得我肚子大。。。
虽然我不反感c-section，但因为baby是breech position而要被C,心里还是挺郁闷的。。。
拍拍，娃健康最重要，其它都是浮云
我跑去瞧瞧，那天无意点开一个贴子，一个人给自己娃脸上的包照的相，说她娃脸上是两个，一种粉刺，一种湿疹，我没心理准备就看见一个大照片，给我给吓着了……
不怕不怕，湿疹娃也不那么容易碰上的，尤其两口子没啥过敏史的都不用担心
湿疹说起来真的没啥办法，就是妈妈饮食绝对要注意，断绝一切过敏源，宝宝开始的时候还不算严重，要大量抹油油，每个宝宝适用的油油不同，只能挨个试，房间里要绝对保湿，以前都说不洗澡，现在的理论又变了，要洗澡，不要用洗液，中国的老方子还有用金银花水的。如果宝宝湿疹严重了就只能上含激素的药膏，那个的确管用，涂了就好了，但不涂又坏了，可是严重了湿疹的地方会流黄水，不涂药膏是不行的，目前我听到的还没有什么能替代药膏。
湿疹宝宝主要就是过敏引起的，如果父母都有过敏史，说是宝宝过敏的可能性有70%，所以如果你觉得你们有可能有过敏史，生了宝宝就要先断绝一切奶制品，蛋黄类，花生类，观察一阵子在慢慢添加这类食品，一般来说1岁到1岁半宝宝就会自愈了，这之前真的是太可怜了，父母宝宝都很遭罪。
不过毕竟的严重湿疹的宝宝还是少，轻微的湿疹不算什么，就是吃东西注意点，注意保湿，多涂油油。

我之前查过，但操作起来不是太容易，放弃了
中午吃完饭上厕所，刚坐下就觉得有股水流出来，给ob office打了电话，去检查了，结果是negative，我的羊水膜没破，医生说是正常的阴道discharge，又被遣送回家了。白激动了一回。

嗯嗯，所以我超级后悔上一次没问她啊，下一次要到下周了，如果这几天有动静，我肯定去了医院都还是有点怕的。
亲爱的，放松点儿，你太紧张了……你就想，别人都能生你也一定能生，别人都能受你也一定能受！！！！放松心情最重要！
咱们几个还真是好事多磨，只能等着了。。。

看了蔬菜猫给的那个文件，做这个按摩貌似很疼，而且有点把握不好尺度啊。
还有，人家是从32周就要开始做，估计我就这两天临时抱佛脚也没用，我还是老老实实爬我的40层楼梯吧。。。
对了，从前天开始，每晚洗澡前加了二三十个下蹲运动～

It was a total surprise to me when my water suddenly broke last night. We have a scheduled c-section this Saturday. However, my baby just can't wait for two more days. LoL Wish every sister here have a fast and smooth delivery! I will post my simple emergency C-section experience later.

可以，我家小子天天穿着。脐带长着结实着，护士护理的时候翻来翻去的都没关系。
