I believe you misunderstood the highlighted sentence. What Mod means is that you can not buy things other than GC if the OO specifically says GC only.
* OOs only apply to in-stock items. However, if you are notified your item was backordered, your rebate should not be affected. Credit could be delayed however. 你就是不会受到影响是么？ 那就好
