第三天打去macy问，也就是推卸责任，说他们没错，让我打mastercard的CS，明明是他们的错，完全不用cancel的，mastercard也不会理解的啊，结果难道还多花100原价买吗？只能再cancel新的order。。。（当时不知道link还能用，以为是一次性的）更扯的是还不让cancel了！！！只能寄出来再退！！！再打电话（等了3个20分钟才接通。。。再骂一次！），说要cancel，一女的接了说目前不能cancel，但她会follow，让我别担心，等系统让她cancel的时候肯定给我cancel了。
今天第四天，ship了。。。
完全杯具。。。
我媳妇说信用卡macys已经扣了两次钱了...
你俩都是悲剧....
有关ship和bill地址不同的，我贴一下我之前杯具的macy‘s（再骂一下！）
星期天下单的，好心的mm帮我下的，写的我的地址。
macy第二天给发邮件说因为地址不同cancel掉了。。。（他也不先hold，打个电话问问为什么不同就直接cancel了。。。气死了。。。）
后来打电话解释，又给replace了一个order，但是order是macy的CS给下的，没通过link，拿不到rebate的。。。当时还问过是不是同一个order number，还回答是，结果后来收到新order的number都不一样了。又charge了一次还。。。（一开始cancel那个应该就不会charge的）当天晚了，都下班了没法打电话。

所以完全bs macy’s了~~~我还和他们的manager谈过了，也是敷衍。。。
还给我个个人电话，让我和mastercard说说后再打电话给他，master的电话也是完全骗人的。
后来再打manager同志的电话，从中午打到晚上都没人接了。。。敢情manager都上半天班啊。。。一开始还留言了，到今天也没回复。。。
后来打macy的客服，等了3个20分钟。最后才来个估计是印度阿姨给接的。。。
我的电话估计已经进黑名单了。。。
所以完全bs macy’s了~~~我还和他们的manager谈过了，也是敷衍。。。

macy说了，是mastercard给钱的，才让我找mastercard说。
