我的理解是如果打电话要求refund, 会refund多扣的那一部分钱,也就是10刀
如果不签收包裹,就可以把所有的钱要回来了。。。
当然应该也可能可以打电话cancel整个单子

然后上午打电话想cancel,客服说已经progressing了不能cancel

我的也多扣钱了,打电话给客服,说给我refund。可是想来他家给我的order confirmation 里是显示了discount的,如果不是上华人看jms有说,我是根本不会去查信用卡账单的,也许就这样被她们多扣钱了。要取消code,她家也应该发email通知一下啊,不声不响地多扣钱,让人很不爽啊。。。再说他家也没有什么东西是我非用不可离不开的,所以虽然便宜也不想支持他家了!

为什么她不承认是他家网站系统有问题?能下单并且成功的扣款还是我自己的问题?

又打电话去了,这次人很nice,说给我refund10刀,还道歉什么的。
另外多扣的钱她说是银行什么pending的,不是他们的事,也会几天后自动回来。
所以,总之应该还是有deal的,就是系统很多问题。
Re.同样的情况,多扣了一笔PENDING,说不会CHARGE。10刀会CREDIT到卡上。接线的客服态度到是挺不错,中途线断了,还给我拨回来告知处理结果。只是东西还没有收到,网上状态PENDING,照理说应该是邮寄后卡才扣钱的吧。估计是电脑系统出问题了。
收到邮件说是会refund10刀,但要等5-7天
继续无奈的等。。

第一个客服很强硬的说这个PROMO只有29号一天有效,我当时没接上话,就挂了电话
可是我没死心,因为EMAIL上CONFIRM 的是有10刀OFF(我理有些亏,我25下的单)

而且order confirmation里也是承认coupon的!
如果他们觉得我们abuse coupon,完全可以cancel订单并email通知我们啊,为什么不声不响地先扣钱!
而且一般商家都是ship的时候才从信用卡charge的,我看了下我的信用卡,一早就扣钱了,到现在也没收到shipping confirmation,account里order status还是pending!
