另：

H1B visa cap is expected to reach by early December!

As of Oct 21, the master degree cap of 20,000 has reached. The regular visa cap still has nearly 18,000 left.We exptect that the H1B visa cap for this year will reach by early December.

前两年H1b都是用完了的，好像分别是12月和1月。
