请问lzmm，我和lg打算去cuise，我是f1签证过期，I-20有效，他是H1b，签证过期，有I-797，考古你的总结，发现我可以去加勒比，但lg似乎不能去，只能去mexico和canada对吧？如果非常想去加勒比的话，应该怎么办理返美的签证呢？当时去办的话，能赶得上登船么？还是得去之前就办好？谢谢~~！

楼主，我的J1签证今天7月份到期，但是DS2019明年8月才到期。那我想今年年底或明年年初带我妈妈去做cruise可以吗？是不是按照你说的，只要是美国的邻岛都是可以返回美国滴～那我妈妈准备办B签证，她的签证只要在有效期内就可以回来美国滴吧。

如果是一次往返，去加拿大再回来没问题，但是去加勒比就不行了，所以还是搞清楚。但是现在一般来说B2都是multiple entry，有问题的可能性不大

坐阿拉斯加或加勒比、墨西哥CRUISE需要途径国家的签证吗？
加勒比海CRUISE（包括墨西哥），持中国护照的乘客，其实并不需要停靠国家的签证，只需要凭船卡上下船即可。登船只检查回美的证件。墨西哥的领事馆在驻中国大使馆的网站上已经明确说明不需要了：

其他国家领事馆（比如Bahamas）可能说需要签证，但是其实在cruise港口并没有人管。有人说如果没有办好签证可能会被拒绝登船。这个情况我从没听说过，个人认为纯属不必要的担心。我坐过两次加勒比cruise，都没有办理过加勒比国家签证，没发生过任何问题。事实上，cruise停靠以后，乘客只需要拿船卡下船上船即可，护照根本不用带，所有签证根本用不上。如果我说了这么多，你还是害怕，还是非常非常不放心，那就去办一个签证好了，就算是帮助贫困国建设了。
阿拉斯加CRUISE，是要停靠加拿大港口，没有绿卡的中国护照持有人必须事先办好加拿大签证，否则可能会被拒绝登船。

你是说你的H1B身份到2013年过期，不是签证吧？ 如果那样就不可以，因为你的身份是H1 （不管你签证是什么）,只能去加拿大和墨西哥，其他加勒比国家和巴哈马就不能去了，除非有有效签证
