不用翻过来，有时候趴着睡得更熟。５个半月应该脑袋会转了吧，自己会调节，不过得注意别周围有东西给他抓到或盖住脑袋

Growth spurts usually last 2-3 days, but sometimes last a week or so.
What is the best way to handle a growth spurt?
Follow your child's lead. Baby will automatically get more milk by nursing more frequently, and your milk supply will increase due to the increased nursing. It is not necessary (or advised) to supplement your baby with formula or expressed milk during a growth spurt. Supplementing (and/or scheduling feeds) interferes with the natural supply and demand of milk production and will prevent your body from getting the message to make more milk during the growth spurt.
Some nursing moms feel more hungry or thirsty when baby is going through a growth spurt. Listen to your body -- you may need to eat or drink more during the time that baby is nursing more often. "

牛油果和香蕉。等熟了后（从外面摸起来有些软了），从中间刨开，用小勺一勺一勺刮下来。因为比较干，所以能多调点奶在里面喂。

Just BSOed yesterday that Little Little White has slept thru 3 nights without crying out, then she had cried it out last night. I let her cry for half an hour and it's 5:45 and her dad couldn't stand it anymore. We picked her up and seems that she's fine otherwise just really, really hungry...
I was very much tortured when Little Little White cried, so also "脑袋沉得跟铅球一样", 5555555
My question is, has my sleep trainning failed? Should I have or have not picked her up? What am I gonna do tonight?
有变化是正常滴～而且饿了不喂也不行啊。下次她再饿的哭，能不能少喂一点免得早餐吃不下？然后白天和睡前就尽量多喂多喂。
还有个方法，比如晚上7点吃奶后睡了，然后9点你喂个迷糊奶，11点再喂个迷糊奶，这样说不定就能撑久点？

问大家俩问题啊，
007现在很喜欢翻身，好几次我都看他趴着睡了，要不要把他拨过来？去daycare看过，也有娃这样，那些阿姨说不用管，可那些娃都是快一岁左右的，俺家的才5个半月，而且还自己一个人睡个房间，会不会有什么事呀？
007现在晚上7点多就睡了，我8点会喂他一次，12点一次，然后他早上7点会踢床醒过来，很兴奋，这时候喂他，他也不吃，要熬到9-10点左右，那他7点醒过来我是该不理他，让他继续睡，还是陪他玩会？
他自己趴着睡没关系的，不用管。俺四弟才两三个月就自己趴着睡了。俺们会翻身后折腾了一段时间也喜欢趴着睡了，现在那小脸越睡越小，脑袋越睡越圆。。。
7点睡7点起，简直完美了。。。他如果睡够了，你不理他他也不会再睡觉的啊。拉起来开始轰轰烈烈的一天吧！
