所以我觉得打坐有拘泥于形式之嫌。。。

这个要问你自己了。每个组织都有个mission statement，你可以去看看。
比如说我喜欢看话剧，所以我就去找theatre带位这样的volunteer，可以满足我每个season每一场话剧都能免费看到（虽然有时候得站着看
你如果没什么idea，你可以去往上看看united way的网页，google "united way+你的城市”，它一般会有个volunteer resources的link，你看看能不能有什么启发。united way和很多慈善组织有connection，也有很多这方面的resources。
你还没做就说不行啊？搬东西你力气小一次少搬点，多走几趟啊。。。。

空空：恩， 感觉是这个意思。。 神游的说法， 入定是剥出层层掩盖下的自我。。， 让自我清晰起来。。。 和the power of now这些其实都是一个意思。。我觉得和matrix, inception 也都是一个意思。。。

《神游》里，说道坏人也能修仙，但是要过一个关的时候，平常心就是魔心，其实就会成魔。难道说，成仙、成魔，是天生注定的吗？

成魔那个，是人先天心性和后天遭遇+思维模式共同决定的吧。就像jolin vs我vs版上的不知名whiny包子，同样的包子起始状态，jolin现在一点都不包子（成仙了），我还有点包子但自己知道（入了丹道的门修行中），不知名whiny包子还是只会抱怨别人不懂事不知道自己包子（普通非修行人）。然后我知道一个人，包子得理直气壮引以为傲，搞得自己婚姻十分不如意、不喜欢妻子又不想背责任离婚还要坚持包子下去，这就差不多成魔了

还想到“破妄”。几本书里一再讲到修道的几大步骤，尤其对每个人的妄境有不同的形容。就像是一本修仙手册一样。或者是尝试着对不能说的（道可道非常道）的境界的解释。

高山茶这个名字好熟，是什么名堂？
Hiking:这个应该是统称吧。我瞎猜的，是不是海拔高的种出来的茶。
第一次，是别人家party喝的。咋一喝，感觉味道很混，啥柠檬呀薄荷呀basil呀，我都不高兴喝。后来party上没别的热饮，我当时不能吃冰的，就硬着头皮，多冲了壶继续喝，没想到后面的味道特别好。冲了好几壶，一直很深的那种香味。
后来，在天仁名茶见到就买了款，人就叫高山茶。喝了以后又发现家里的茶碱明显比原来的少。我牙比较烂，比较适合。
之后，看到不少种类的茶，旁边都会注明是高山茶，选择范围广了，容易搞到，随之就坚持喝这种了。
