donation相对安全，因为是先由慈善机构管着。慈善机构完全可以支付给王的父母或王太太的父母，间接来帮助王家。王父母或王太太父母家的财产，court没理由碰的。至于起诉ABC/CBS得到的赔偿怎么处理，这个就不清楚了。

到现在我都没敢看那个视频，就怕看了以后受不了
是挺让人受不了的，很无耻的感觉，要不我也不会这么愤怒！
他们真的删贴啊，我发的两条只剩一条了。我说得客观公正，他们也删。我就是提了I filed a complaint with FCC. 他们就删？无耻。他们知道删贴，怎么不知道撤下video!

有人会保存视频吗？我只是截了几张图下来了。。。不知道能不能用的着。。。。
好像还没有同学会保存视频，谢谢mm用心截图，无论最后能不能派上用场，总之先替他们留个底吧。

早上看了视频，到现在心里还难受，今天正好在写一个关于移民权利的文章，abc的无耻做法 infringe a vulnarable immigrant's Constitutional rights.
对阿，这也是激起我开贴寻求大家一起献计献策的主要原因！不管怎么说家属也是其中受害者和相关当事人，abc不但随便放这段视频，而且到现在还正面反映，拿掉视频，是不是看到反对的声音来自华人，就一味的忽略阿，前面有mm们在abc 的上留言被删了，欺人太甚了！

应该就是cbs迫于观众压力撤掉的视频，但在abc news .com上还挂着呢，而且也没有道歉意思。40s？这个我就不理解是什么意思了，估计mm下载的没错。辛苦了！
突然想起以前CNN那个白老头骂中国人那次，是不是中国政府出面了，他们才道歉的？？？ 感觉这个事件，中国领馆的处境很尴尬，还是当事人委托律师起诉比较靠普。

我们一定要团结起来，发出自己的声音！
要想改变华人在美的弱势群体的现状不是一天两天的事，我们大家一起努力，就先从投诉abcnews开始！
