好吃的Champagne Cookie recipe来啦！
Champagne Cookies是我起的名字，因为我很喜欢local一个grocery store卖的这种cookie，还带了一些去跟gp分享。我婆婆帮我找到了一个recipe，做出来的cookie味道极为相像。原来recipe叫vanilla crescent cookies，是做成弯月形的，我改成扁扁的球形，跟champagne cookie一样。
1. 1 cup butter or margarine, softened

先说笔墨纸砚，我建议先去中国城看看，用一得阁的墨汁，方便，便宜，我在我没这买的是小平4刀多，大瓶7刀多，不太记得了，反正差不多。要是砚台，挺沉的，不好的不值得背。毛笔一定在中国买，便宜好多，而且选择多，我除了自己回去买笔，还让人帮忙带过来，不沉，不占地，值得多带。之我都是去琉璃厂跳， 3到 6人民币一大张，还有专门的对联纸，扇面纸，很划算，之至也比这边卖得好的不是一点半点，同样，也不沉，买个画筒，一卷就都带过来了。至于万写纸，买点练练手，不过还是宣纸最爽。
我们这的中国城，有一种日本产的纸，比打印纸大点，也挺好用的，2刀80张好像。
