刚试的一个方子,很简单很好吃啊

刚刚想起来,糖减一些也算了,爱蓝把黄油减半,做出来等于是面粉的比例大大增加,效果跟原方子的intention恐怕很不一样。。。。。。君之的博客上有3个大类的饼干,黄油打发,冷冻,和普通混合方法。最简单的是混合法,靠BP/BS发。其实减了糖和油也不太影响成败,也很好吃。山寨桃酥就是这个类型。冷冻型是冻硬了切片。成品相对脆硬。黄油打发是比较松软,松脆。自己做过,大体一吃就知道大致方子是什么类别了。趁可以过节送礼不妨3个方法都试试,横竖可以送掉,对烘焙进阶大有好处。
