感谢各位对OCEF的支持！由于我们从Causes和Network for Good得到的捐款信息十分有限，有些地方还需要大家的帮助。下面我就大家关心的几个有关捐款处理和记录的问题做个说明
0. OCEF处理捐款的时间要多长？
捐款Challenge结束之后Facebook和Causes还会对捐款进行确认，我们也会等到他们确认完毕之后再开始处理。由于大家的热情捐助，这次捐款的数目很大！不过大多是多次的小额捐款，我们人手有限，处理起来周期会长一点，初步估计全部完工可能需要至少一个月，请大家耐心等待！谢谢！
1. 捐款收据，抵税
各位从Network for Good收到的email就可以用来抵税，不需要我们的确认信。我们的确认信也没有抵税的作用，因为理论上来说，大家其实都是捐给Network for Good了。所以，如果您没有其他的要求和问题，可以不用再email联系我们。
2. 公司配捐
大家请直接向公司提交配捐的请求，一般来说，公司会联系OCEF要求确认捐款数额。有找公司配捐的朋友，请在登录facebook之后请访问http://apps.facebook.com/causes/，
然后点击右边您照片上方Your Impact旁边的See Full Impact。请把之后Your Impact那个网页的网址复制下来，email到[email protected]， 标题请用matching request。
3. 选择一对一学生
凡是总共捐款超过50美元的朋友，都可以到我们的网站选择一对一学生。在告诉大家具操作办法之前，希望大家能够严格按照下面的流程操作，这将是对我们工作巨大的支持！
(1) 访问www.ocef.org/pub，以前捐助过的老朋友可以直接登录，以前没有注册过的新朋友请注册一个帐号。
（注：Yahoo的email经常会把OCEF发去的各种email作为垃圾邮件，请注意查看垃件文件夹）。
(2) 登录系统之后，请点击登记捐款，留下你的个人信息，请尽量留下地址，这对我们区分同名的捐款人有帮助！
(3) **接下来一步对我们的工作特别特别有帮助，请仔细看看。**
请另开一个网页，在登录facebook之后请访问http://apps.facebook.com/causes/，然后点击右边您照片上方Your Impact旁边的See Full Impact。请把之后Your Impact那个网页的网址复制下来，粘贴到捐款注册页的给OCEF留问题的那个空格处，这个可以让我们快速查到您捐款的总额，
将对我们的工作提供最大的帮助！十分感谢！如果不清楚请倒回去再看一遍这一段。:P
(4) 在填写其他捐款信息之后，比如捐款分配选一对一学生若干名，请点击“保存新捐款”，之后在页面最下方您就可以选择一对一学生。完成选择后你可以回到主页，点击“查看捐款处理情况”，在那里可以点击查看学生更详细的资料。
所有有关这次America's Giving Challenge的问题，请发email到[email protected]，
请不要发到其他OCEF的邮箱，来信时候希望大家在标题里面注明是哪方面问题，比如有关matching或者1to1 students。再次感谢大家
