这个是我最喜欢的。我怀孕时正是夏天,当时每天洗完澡后涂这个。但是我很快发现第二天洗澡的时候肚皮上滑腻的一层，想必是这个太过滋润，皮肤吸收不了，于是闲置。等到孕中后期的时候，新英格兰寒冷干燥的冬天让我的皮肤分外干燥。某天心血来潮拿这个出来重新试试。先涂一层Belli的油,在涂上这个，双管齐下，皮肤马上不痒了，而且超级无敌滋润。这款产品我不喜欢的一点就是它特有的Mustela产品的味道，当时一闻就想吐。后来习惯就好了。

他家最大的特点就是能过滤产品中的有害化学物质。这款油是他家的best seller。很好吸收，味道宜人，夏天用也不会觉得油腻。我夏天单用，冬天再涂一层Mustela。缺点是用得很快，小贵。这个油还有一个让我惊喜的地方就是让我大腿根部一些白色细小的裂纹淡化了不少，绝对的bonus!

这个是我二嫂送给我的。她两次怀孕都用这个，也没长纹。这个油不含复杂的化学物质，没怀孕的人也可以用，作用就是让皮肤更紧致。这个油的最大缺点就是味道不太好，而且偏油腻。加上一层Mama Mio就好多了。
有同学问怎样涂，涂多少，下面就来唐唐这个
所有的防妊娠纹产品都建议每天涂两次，但是实际操作起来很困难。我一般只在晚上涂，有时实在太累就skip了，但每星期至少要涂四到五次。洗澡时尽量用热水让毛孔充分打开，而且强烈建议用磨砂膏（每周至少两次，我推荐H2O的Body Puree，Marshall's就有卖，四刀左右的样子）我喜欢在皮肤九成干左右时涂上油，太湿润的话非常难干，如果用膏状产品的话就在七八成干时涂。Pump 4-5下的量涂一个部位。我一般涂在大腿内侧，臀部，后腰，腰部两侧，肚肚，rf,手臂内侧。接下来就是重头戏——按摩。由下向上用手掌打圈按摩，感觉像要把产品“推”进皮肤一样。因为我当时涂两种产品，整个按摩下来得30多分钟，这个jms可以自己掌握。总之频率、时间保证一个就行了。
二楼都写完了，发现我还是没有made myself clear~的确，妊娠纹是遗传性的，而且长了就不会消失，但是，我们可以后天人为努力提升皮肤弹力、紧致度，为皮肤stretch做准备，不长或少长纹。这样做的另一个好处是产后皮肤回弹的容易些。这就是为什么所有防妊娠纹产品都加入了增加肌肤弹力的成分。当然还要配合其他方法比如控制体重，洗澡时冷热水交替等~增强肌肤弹力是个长期的，不能松懈的过程。我孕期时由于在这方面非常注意，照大肚照全身肌肤都是闪着光泽的。最近疏于护理，皮肤又有点松了。唉~

这个是我乘BBW五折时买的。味道清新，浅黄色gel质地，非常好吸收，按摩几下就OK了，一点也不油腻。第二天一早皮肤会变得非常非常光滑细腻，而且有紧致功效。我对这个产品没有意见，就是后悔当时没有多屯几瓶。我一般不涂在rf周围，以防万一。

这个的功效是防止rf下垂。我产后才开始用，其实应该孕期就用。还是老办法，先用油打底再涂这个，按摩。要注意的是给宝宝喂奶之前一定要清洗干净！就算间隔时间很长也一样！

其实只要坚持每天洗完澡以后，马上涂上一层油就行了，我用的是BABY油，一般都不会长，我现在八个多月了也没有长，记住一定要在显肚之前就开始涂，等有纹再涂那就仙药也不灵啦。
有很多妈妈是生之前或生完才长，这种东西很容易晚节不保~mustela的建议是用到产后一个月，mama mio说用到四个月~最好孕前3个月就开始涂，就当涂lotion了

看来还是和我原来看到的评论一样，好多人说抹这些都不管用，结果我就没抹，就长了好多，所以宁可信其管用吧，现在我都后悔死了，生完了在积极补救，不知道有没有办法
我当时就是看了很多这种言论，加上自己懒，也就算找到个借口不那么麻烦。结果被我好朋友敲打，她和她亲妹妹前后脚怀孕，她涂了，没长；她妹妹没涂，长得一塌糊涂。既然这样我觉得应该还是有点用的吧！所以就开始涂，那时都５个多月了，肚子比较明显了。
btw，我去买了mustela那个support bust，bru就有，刚开始用，不知道效果怎样。
光有人看没人顶，我还是先歇歇再说

关键：
1. 是不是疤痕体质。如果你妈没长，你也很可能不会长。
2. 不能增重过多过快。那种坚持锻炼，整个孕期增重20-25磅的妈妈就很不容易长。尤其是年轻生头胎的。
3. 勤抹。每次洗完澡都要抹，看到起皮了就赶紧抹。我是全身抹的，肚子胸部多涂两层，反正Palmers便宜。我觉得护肤品，护手霜等等，原理都是一样的，不用买贵的，关键要勤抹。

有很多妈妈是生之前或生完才长，这种东西很容易晚节不保~mustela的建议是用到产后一个月，mama mio说用到四个月~最好孕前3个月就开始涂，就当涂lotion了
