The DJ, who dated LiLo for 16 months insists that she still has feelings for the actress and admits that their high-profile romance cause 'numerous' problems.
Ronson told The Times magazine: "I love her as a human being. I'm not gonna sit here and negate everything we had. You know, I could have a thousand times countered s**t with facts. It's just not for me."
Mark Ronson's sister also claimed that she still cares for the Mean Girls star adding: "To be honest, being with her was more of a headache than anything else. Everything I was doing I was already doing (before Lindsay)."
"It just meant there were paparazzi pictures documenting it. It sucked, because I'm a pretty private person and I'd managed to stay under the radar for so long."
She continued: "But at the same time I'm not gonna not hang out with somebody that I care about because of that s**t."
Unfortunately for the 32-year old, her ex-Lindsay seems to have ditched women and is reportedly dating Kelly Brook's former beau Danny Cipriani.
The pair are said to have met at an LA club on Thursday, and have already been on two dates in the space of just 48 hours.
A source told The People: "He's really fallen for Lindsay. Maybe it's a bit of a rebound thing from Kelly but Danny can't get enough of his new girl."
