Just found a miss call from my OB's office and there's voice mail to ask me to call back for my blood test result. Nobody answered the phone when I called back. Wuwu~ I guess I failed the test, since my OB told me on Tuesday she wouldn't call me if the result is fine.

I believe u can have dinnerv the night before, Just no breakfast thecnext morning. You will only beef to drink one glucose drink and have your blood sugar level tested after 3 hrs.

我这里的要求是晚上10点以后不再吃东西，只能喝水，早上八点半去。先抽一管血，然后喝糖水，之后每一个小时抽一管。一般来说两个数值不过才算糖，也有看到一个数值超，其他数值在临界点附近还是被抓的。大部分人三小时都能过，我觉得一小时是一个宁肯错杀三千不可放过一个的测试。。。。 Hope I am one of the being killed by mistake..
别忘了带点小零食 抽完血后可以吃点，先垫垫肚子。。。 在医生那要坐上3-4个小时，时间是真的很难熬的。。带点书，带上ipod... 我上次去的时候把医生那的所有杂志都翻了个遍 还撕了好几张BRU拿gift card的coupon... Thank you all! Next Monday I will bring sth to eat before driving back to the office and hope my husband can take half day off to company me.

以前没打过还是慎重一些吧，我有好几个朋友说很少flu的，然后打了flu shot就得了，虽然可能是巧合，但是孕妇还是慎重一些吧，我也很纠结，如果妈妈们不是出入公共场合太多，不是每天接触太多人的话，让准爸爸们打shot，然后自己勤洗手应该会好一些吧，现在我去超市都用门口的消毒纸巾消毒一下cart 把手，然后出门的时候再拿一张擦擦手，希望有些帮助。

据说会有一个停滞期的，然后继续猛涨，mm实在不放心就打电话问问ob。我觉得没啥大问题~
这些打折的都是老款，最重要的一个区别是从后边调节肩带，很不方便使用，而且容易misuse，我去上如何挑选carseat的课老师以及网上美国人的论坛都是强力建议avoid，现在graco新出的都只有front adjust了，就是你能看到坐位前边有一根带子，一般贵个一二十快钱。

那这个款的stroller为什么那么便宜呢？
是因为比较轻，比较省材料，所以便宜？呵呵，这是我比较白痴型的思考。

我只写了一封给签证官的英文邀请信，我爸看得懂，大概知道我讲了什么。如果父母不懂英文，可以告诉他们信里大概说了啥，当场问到没有说法不一就好了。我觉得中文写给父母的邀请信没啥必要，这年头谁还写信说，有点太假了。我的邀请理由就是让他们来旅游看看女儿的生活，顺便一起过个thanksgiving和圣诞。

结果中午在沙拉台配了超大一份沙拉，撑到我下午3:30去医院喝糖水的时候，还在打饱嗝。
还不知道能不能通过血糖测试呢，医生说通过就不会给我打电话，希望接下来都不要有电话。

我就是怕打了反而感冒了，那就不好了，好像不少人第一次打会有不适或者感冒症状

我就是怕打了反而感冒了，那就不好了，好像不少人第一次打会有不适或者感冒症状
那不是感冒，而是人体产生对flu免疫过程的正常反应。就像真正flu感染之后的很多难受症状不是直接因为病毒对身体的破坏，而是你的免疫系统对抗病毒过程中对身体自身造成的不良作用。所以如果注射疫苗，真正感染flu，人体免疫系统会更有效的抵抗病毒。病毒对身体的破坏也就不会那么强。
估计给打疫苗的医务工作者对大家的 counseling 不够啊。

而且，感冒和流感是两种不同的病。感冒不可怕，流感造成的complecation 是会危机生命的，特别是对于孕妇，本来怀孕期间身体的免疫系统就发生了改变。为了减小对婴儿的排斥，免疫系统在一定程度上也削弱了。

中信代签很快的， 我爸妈去银行递材料，然后大概是一个礼拜以后去打的指纹，指纹打好以后，3天签证就寄来了。

单程还是往返啊？我爸爸说要住6个月的话，他们打算买单程。
往返的，我知道的情况是最好买往返的，单程的入海关的时候有时候会有麻烦，海关要看你的回程机票。

我是前天晚上12点过后就不能再吃东西喝水了
到了医生那，先抽一管血，然后喝糖水（只喝一次），然后每过一个小时抽一次，总共抽3次。所以从头到尾一共要抽4次血。
okay... I failed! My number is 144 >130, so I have to take 3 hours test.
Anybody can explain to me how three hours test work? Fasting will be required, but how to define fasting? If I go for the test in the morning, when should I stop eating?
Then will I be asked to drink the sugar water every hour or just one time drink? Then do I have to pass each number after every hour, or I only need to be lower the the final number after 3 hours?

我这里的要求是晚上10点以后不再吃东西，只能喝水，早上八点半去。先抽一管血，然后喝糖水，之后每一个小时抽一管。一般来说两个数值不过才算糖，也有看到一个数值超，其他数值在临界点附近还是被抓的。大部分人三小时都能过，我觉得一小时是一个宁肯错杀三千不可放过一个的测试。。。。

Recentely I also have been unhappy for days. I cried couple of times and became so angry that my hands were shaking. I felt so sorry for my baby later.
Now I'm trying to encourage myself and calm myself down. We have to be brave to deal with all kinds of trouble in our lives, for our babies.

专门打电话问过Ob, 她说如果不是连续一周都心情很坏，应该不会对宝宝有太大影响

Recentely I also have been unhappy for days. I cried couple of times and became so angry that my hands were shaking. I felt so sorry for my baby later.
Now I'm trying to encourage myself and calm myself down. We have to be brave to deal with all kinds of trouble in our lives, for our babies.

往返的，我知道的情况是最好买往返的，单程的入海关的时候有时候会有麻烦，海关要看你的回程机票。
是这样的. 我以前用B2时, 没有往返的机票, 入关时在小房间里等了3个小时. 后来可能看我带个娃, 给了我四个月.
MM能买往返的机票就买吧, 会省很多麻烦.

孕期受荷尔蒙影响情绪不好时很正常的
别担心了，好好调整心情，3个月后迎接宝宝的到来。。。
pureshark mm你做3小时的那天最好让家人陪同，因为将近14个小时的fasting对孕妇来说是很难熬的，后面喝糖水，如果真的代谢不好的话，也会容易头晕，不要自己开车啊。

抽完血后可以吃点，先垫垫肚子。。。
在医生那要坐上3-4个小时，时间是真的很难熬的。。带点书，带上ipod...
我上次去的时候把医生那的所有杂志都翻了个遍

哦，你是说你只是把rebate寄出去了，没有附上receipt？
那mm犯了比我还严重的错误啊，我是只附上了随箱来的shipping clip，没有把网上有Payment信息的order 附上，我其实都打印出来了的，都放在桌子上了的！
我到现在还想不明白当初为什么没有把这个order附上呢？！可能真是怀孕严重影响智商啊！
而且，感冒和流感是两种不同的病。感冒不可怕，流感造成的complecation 是会危机生命的，特别是对于孕妇，本来怀孕期间身体的免疫系统就发生了改变。为了减小对婴儿的排斥，免疫系统在一定程度上也削弱了。

pat pat,还有三小时的测试，1小时过不了的很多很多。
我下周三去测糖，越看越紧张。
昨天测血糖，今天没电话，那就表示过了，嘻嘻，今天正好6个月了。我医生还没跟我提打针的事。
不是都说26-28是血糖飙升的时候啊？为啥mm得检查在6个月？各地的标准毫不相同阿。。。

我觉得你还是按照你平常的饮食习惯来的好
万一血糖真有问题还是早发现早好
呵呵。。除非你打算从现在开始都按我的食谱来。。。
对了，营养师给我的食谱其实也不适合我。。。
按她说得吃的话，我的血糖还是偏高
现在我自己总结出来的经验是晚上不能吃米饭。。。一点都不能吃。。。

26周算6个月啊，我还以为6。5个月了，嘻嘻。
这些打折的都是老款，最重要的一个区别是从后边调节肩带，很不方便使用，而且容易misuse，我去上如何挑选carseat的课老师以及网上美国人的论坛都是强力建议avoid，现在graco新出的都只有front adjust了，就是你能看到坐位前边有一根带子，一般贵个一二十快钱。
今晚又做了一些infant car seat的功课。
从产品的介绍上，看不出来这个car seat是从后边调节肩带的，因为它没有做肩带的位置做任何的说明。
从amazon的网站上，可以看到snugride系列的不同花色的价格都有区别，但是介绍好像都是一样的呀：

没啥呀，我早上9点多和的橘汁，之前不到一个小时还吃了早饭，牛奶面包。事实上，牛奶是不该喝的，面包什么的可以吃。
