小时候看电视剧怎么也不明白这个传说对于故事本身有何意义，为什么神父要对为失去哥哥而伤心的梅吉说这个故事。
当年老快死去的神父对已迟暮的爱人说：你一生都在跟上帝作对，但你比我更靠近他的旨意，因为到最后，你都一直在爱，即使你失去一切，你都没有失去过爱……
真正把Ralph从梅吉身边带走的不是上帝，而是他的野心。
数十年后的今天重温《》，仍能清晰的记得镜头里成群的牛羊与灌木……
还有魔鬼桉与蓝桉——当难产中的梅吉再次见到Ralph：“过去，我怎么会把他和卢克混在一起了呢？世上没有一个人象他”

很伤感的故事，中文版、英文版一路读下来，最喜欢的还是那部电视剧，因为Richard Chamberlain
从这个时候起，拉尔夫明白梅吉已经不是一个小姑娘了
回眸一笑百媚生，我觉得扮梅吉的演员看着很特别，印象深刻
那个喜欢穿白礼服的姑妈把遗产捐给了罗马教会，拉尔夫要离开梅吉了——为了自己的野心

人到中年的梅吉，比年轻时好看很多呢

呵呵,同HC男主角
我也是电视，书都看过
张伯伦很符合书里的描述，除了老了一点，但是非常之有魅力
麦吉不够灵气和漂亮
然后看了电视
别的记不清楚了，就记得男主角张伯伦了。我喜欢这种消瘦的身材，比如格里高里派克，还有伊斯特伍德。

８挂一下，演maggie和luke的演员，现实生活中是夫妻。若干年后，当我知道了us.imdb后，才发现里面其实有很多名角，barbara stanwick演maggie的姑妈，jean simons演的妈妈，christopher plummer(sound of music)演的主教
jean simons 演过老半<<哈木雷特>>里的奥飞里呀, 年轻时美得不可方木, 可惜老得太快. christopher plummer(Van Trap 上校)还是一如既往的有风度
看了后非常话痴张伯伦, 特别是他跳black bottom dance 的时候, 太帅了.
我也应该把电视剧找来看看
很喜欢那本书，看电视也是10几年前了，就觉得maggie不够美。
我也是先看书再看电视的
当时也觉得女主角不够漂亮 男主角有些老
这个一定要顶一下
这部电影超长好像，有一次在电视里播，看了我快一天，得有7，8个小时。
还有google了一下，发现这个Maggie竟然是Liar Liar里面的那个Miranda，简直认不出来了
