Log into your paypal account. Find the payment ID# (you'll need it for the claim) You can file from either EBAY OR PAYPAL THEY are both the same. From Paypal log in to your account, then go to the resolution center tab, and click "file a complaint" this is where you'll be prompted for the Paypal Transaction Number. (Be sure to allow seller sufficient time to respond to complaint Again I typically allow 3-5 days (unless the seller is really difficult, then you escallate immediately to claim) by viewing your resolution center and the complaint you will see the link to escallate to a claim (be careful, paypal only allows a couple of these and shuts you down!) The payment will be reversed from the sellers account, and placed in a holding account on paypal. the entire process can take up to 20-60 days to process and paypal doesn't always refund all of your money, they charge a fee as well. So you want to try to get the seller to refund your payment by clicking the link in the bottom of the payment email they recieved to refund payment, they can opt to refund all or part of your money) IF you want to leave Negative feedback you will need to do so within the 30 day window as well. But be careful as retalitory feedback will most likely be left!

Get item -> raise paypal dispute -> they tell me to send it to address -> I say it's illegal to send counterfeit items in post and will make life very difficult for them if they don't refund me in full (Negative feedback, email all future winners of their auctions and tell them they have been scammed, report all items they put on eBay as fake) -> they all have just given in here and gave a full refund. Don't feel sorry for these counterfeit sellers, they are making huge markups on the dodgy copies they peddle.
pat pat mm... if you paid with paypal backed with a credit card, you may dispute the charge with the credit card company. don't know how it works with non-cc paypal.

一看简历就应该知道是中国人吧，国内工作经验，国内本科学历。电话面试一听就是中国口音。难道就凭借英文名字就能容易找工作？

昨天收到了在ebay上买的lphon，研究了半天才确定是山寨版的，唉，说来挺寒心的，这个骗子是俺的同胞，从北京寄来的。郁闷死了，不知道钱还能不能要回来。十几天前在ebay上看中了一卖家的iphon，标价580，应为有cash back，觉得价格也能接受，卖家的信用也还挺好，就下蛋了，可是过了一个星期还没见动静，就让朋友查了下包裹，这一查吓了一跳，包裹是从北京寄来的，明明ebay上的卖家是个美国人的名和姓呀，难道是骗子，赶紧给paypal打电话，请他们hold住这笔钱，说我有可能受到了假货。昨天收到后，一开始我还不却定是假的，上网搜下，一对比还真是假的，气死了。再给paypal的打电话他们的态度很不好，。说是查查也没个明确的答复。我现在担心骗子是不是已经取走了钱，我的钱还能要回来吗？jms们小心啊， 不得不相信eaby上骗子太多了。不过这山寨手机做的还真像，外表还真看不出来，有空我会上照片，让jms们也开开眼。

有的片子很坏，骗完只是改了个用户名。
如果只是用原来的id搜索不到了，估计是改名了。
除非就是他的原来的id，然后写着不再是注册用户，那也肯定是ebay关掉他的。
绝对可以通过ebay投诉。但是ebay能做的也就关掉卖家。钱估计得找paypal。

MM，你买东西的时候看名字是美国人的，但是物品所在地是在哪儿的？如果他的开户地址本来就是在国外的，接收钱的帐号也是国外的，很我情况下，paypal也是无能为力的。paypal能管到的就是在美国境内的交易，出了美国基本就管不上了。所以我从来不敢买在ebay上的外国货、无论中国的还是其他国家的。

MM，这种情况一定要及时follow up呀！就算你BBB你也得要follow up。在美国，如果你的事你不急，没人给你急的。我经历无数次这种无谓的等待后得出的结论。
不要和ebay dispute,没用.

我是在下蛋的第5天打电话给paypal的请他们hold钱的，不知钱被转走了没
