I am thinking maybe we can count the calories we get everyday. Actually I did it for a month. I found out it was only around 1600 per day if I ate regularly (three meals a day including rice or noodles, + a few snacks). And I also found out the calories I consumed everyday are 1500 in some resource. So I think some exercise ( I don't have any now actually) will help me if I want to be thinner.
What I mean here is maybe it is not absolute for you to go on a diet for weight loss.

The important way is how much to avoid, how much to take in. Nothing should be totally extreme. Only eat apples may be effective for 3 days, but doing that for 1 months is gonna kill you, or hurt you badly.
I now believe to eat a little bit everything, relatively more low-fat and high-protein food, relative less carbohydrates and fat, more beggies, less meat, but nothing should go extreme. It may be less effective to totally avoiding something, but it'll be long-termly healthy.

我现在主要以鸡肉,鱼肉,虾,鸡蛋,豆腐为主,以及蔬菜沙拉及炒青菜。我主要按照
atkins减肥法,又自己减少脂肪的摄入量(我还是担心这个atkins方法对人有害处)。我想
等减下去后再逐步增加谷物,减少蛋白质,重要的是希望借助atkins养成有控制的饮食方式。

只是我觉得控制饮食太难了。坚持两个月就放弃掉了,而且比以前吃的还多。
现在只通过运动保持身材了,减重都是奢望
不可以完全不吃FISH 和MEAT。 铁缺乏。

其实,忌口的主要对象是针对那些锻炼较少,而且特爱吃零食的银。一般要想瘦身的mm不必刻意节食,吃得清淡点就好了。俗话说“马无夜草不肥”,所以晚上9点以后就不要再吃东西了,对消化也不好。
一下子瘦20磅啊?会不会太多?太瘦了也不好看的,mm要注意哦![em00]

我锻炼的很多,所以再锻炼也很难减了,最重要的调整饮食结构,平常我最喜欢吃味道浓烈的食物,并且酷爱一边看影碟一边吃东西。所以对于我应该控制饮食最有效,并且,我非常想通过这次减肥运动,把我们全家的饮食习惯都调整好。
半年下来可是瘦了20-30磅啊!

好,那么我就和锻炼相结合。最主要的我是想通过atkins(这个比较系统)来控制一下饮食,戒掉坏习惯。
坚持两个月已经不容易了。不过这次我一定要坚持。其实运动保持身材,保证每天的摄入
和消耗平衡就好了。但我一定要减重,这次

米饭热量较高,所以很多明星和model都8吃米饭的~
从开始到现在两周了,已经掉了6磅。不过会越来越艰难,但是我有信心!
我对不吃米饭面食没有意见,因为从小就不爱吃
不过为了这个考虑,每天还是坚持吃一点,就一两口的分量
8过偶其实也每天只是意思意思吃几口而已~

不能说了,再说就饿死了

千万不要一点肉都不吃,我的一个同学,为了减肥只吃蔬菜,一点肉的不碰,最近检查出肾结石。现在她知道,只吃蔬菜不吃肉的人容易的肾结石(和尚很容易得的),只吃肉不爱吃蔬菜的人容易的胆结石。
千万不要因为减肥,弄坏了身体啊!
p.s 都复制品吃太多了,容易的结石的。

我是一个礼拜就不行了
运动只是扶助的,相当于催化剂的作用,光靠运动而不控制影视是没用的
我以前靠节食一个月减过10斤,但总觉得这样不是很健康

不行!我目前的方法是brisk walk加晚餐8,9成饱,早中餐和以前一样,还有餐后,尽量不要马上坐下,保持个15mins,有人说面食尽量少吃,但我根本就做不到,但我发现面食对我的影响并不大,我减肥的过程不短,到现在差不多有6个月时间拉,效果还是有底,还算有点欣慰吧

去年夏天我坚持去gym,30分钟的跑步机(只是快走),然后去swimming, 早中饭都不会太在意的节食,晚上一定要少吃一点,不到两个月减了20磅,居然还感觉体力好了很多,,现在我坚持去gym,保持的很好,人也很有精神.锻炼很重要的,不要一味的节食哟.大家要有毅力呀.
我也试过去gym,也做30分钟的跑步机,可是怎么没有减啊?差不多30分钟也就减100卡吧。不过我没有去游泳,是不是游泳比较有效果?请mm介绍一下你一个星期去几次gym?运动量有多大?好羡慕mm......
