Went to guest services for something completely different and saw this letter (looks like a copy) sitting with a pricing gun and some stickers/labels. I absolutely refused to ask about this, especially after I heard the huge conversation going on about all of the calls they had already received for price matching.
Anyway, there were several copies and a few other "notes" in the stack. I have no idea if a customer brought this in or if it was forwarded to them or what. Funny thing is, the damn copy fell right in my shopping bag and I typed it up exactly as it was written.
I sincerely hope some of you got in on this. Heck, I ordered one myself just to see what happens. Good luck to you all.
