早饭和晚饭都是在家吃，他们只有午饭和两次零食。我娃一开始并不是完全绝食，是舔一舔就扔，我估计是不合胃口，饼干水果她吃。熬了半个月以后终于有一次午饭报告是“everything”了。
我觉得早饭一定要塞饱，不然她零食的时间会吃很多，然后午饭就又没有胃口了
