Just msg her again and wait for 2-3 days. If she still doesn't response, msg again saying you will have to dispute with ebay/paypal and leave a negative feedback.
She's a new seller and should care for her feedbacks. Besides, seller can no longer leave negative feedback to buyer. Ebay is always in favor of the buyers. As long as your request is reasonable, you should be fine.

i think the hardware problem is an honest mistake. She might not notice that either. It's possible. Actually she just listed a red mam yesterday. She seems like real a collector instead of a professional seller or lier.

you can send your nikki to RM for repair. they will do this for you. But since you bought it off ebay, you probably need to pay some fees. Otherwise it should be free.

我觉得你还争取把钱要回来吧，光寄来寄去的外加保险就得二三十了，rm网站上说shipping20，你寄过去得保险吧，要signature confirmation吧，因为你不是rm买的，修还可能另外算钱。。。。我觉得你先争取return或者dispute吧
