要relocate 到dallas，DFW上班，家里俩娃，3岁半和1岁，想尽快买房
知道这几个热门的地儿plano，allen， coppell， frisco，这些地方预算大概多少比较合适？
求推荐好学区的zip code！

update：细看了下地图，发现上班离coppell最近，这里房子预算多少比较好？

Highland park>southlake>Coppell>Plano >Allen or frisco- 按房子均价和整体水平排序；华人最集中的应该是后面四个，而以Plano 最多

也是听说highland park 很贵啊

搭车问达拉斯好还是休斯顿好

highlandpark不仅贵 而且都是老房子

最贵的就是最好的，high land park住，有机会去全美最好的高中magnet hjgh

当然是有机会，一个年级只有六十人，别的区的基本没机会的

coppell房子是比Plano房子贵，可是和学区没有直接因果关系。。。coppell地方小，地理位置比Plano方便好几个数量级，都是房价贵的原因。。。不是所有人都在Plano那边上班，也不是所有人愿意单程四五十分钟上班的

学校好不好也不能简单而论，很多方面，不同的人感觉不一样，单说评分的话，coppell高中8分，frisco高中有9分的。。。不过coppell还是人们心目中的老牌好学区就是了。。。

lz也可以看看flower mound，最近几年高中排名势头很猛，也是9分的

主要看你上班在哪里了，或者你老公上班在哪，DFW有堵车加上地方大，住远了通勤时间也会很长，但是有些人一心培养孩子的，那就直接highland park住吧，其他也不用考虑了

在DFW上班，如果买townhouse, 先自住也考虑以后出租，哪里比较合适？

lz貌似没说清楚啊，dfw是泛指吧？dallas 和 fort worth如果买房，考虑的城市应该不太一样吧。除非愿意开很久的车。

highland park那里就是dallas isd, dallas isd还包括richardson一部分

Highland park 隔壁的university park好像也不错。而且那边有townhouse比house便宜些。

内部人士告诉你，不是的。人家有自己的学区的。

Coppell 同样的房子比plano贵，主要因为它的交通十分便利 （Coppell 几乎是处在DFW的中心地带，到哪里都不是很远）
