。。 but i don't want to take any medicine any way....

here is the info on urine test on babycenter Why does my healthcare practitioner want a urine sample?
Your practitioner will ask you for a urine sample at each of your prenatal visits. The sample you provide at your first visit will be sent to a lab for a "culture and sensitivity test" to see whether you have a urinary tract infection (UTI).
It's especially important to catch and treat UTIs when you're pregnant — and you may have an infection even if you have no symptoms. If you do have a UTI, the lab will test your urine sample to determine which antibiotics will be most effective in treating the infection.
At each prenatal visit, a nurse or a medical assistant will do a quick dipstick test on your urine sample to check for the following:
Sugar It's normal to occasionally have a small amount of sugar in your urine during pregnancy, but if you have elevated levels at a couple of prenatal visits in a row or a very high level at one visit, it could mean you have gestational diabetes. Your practitioner may have you take a glucose challenge test to find out if that's the case. (Even if your urine test results are normal, you'll have a glucose challenge test between 24 and 28 weeks to check for this relatively common condition.)
Protein Excess protein in your urine can be a sign of a UTI, kidney damage, or certain other disorders. Later in your pregnancy, it can also be a sign of preeclampsia if it's accompanied by high blood pressure. If you have protein in your urine but your blood pressure is normal, your sample will be sent to the lab for a culture to see whether you have a UTI.
Ketones Ketones are produced when the body starts breaking down stored or ingested fat for energy. This can happen when you're not getting enough carbohydrates (your body's usual source of energy).
If you're suffering from severe nausea and or you've lost weight, your practitioner may check your urine for ketones. If your ketone reading is high and you can't keep any food or liquid down, you may need intravenous fluids and medication. If ketones are found in combination with sugar, it could be a sign of diabetes.
Blood cells or bacteria Blood cells or nitrites (produced by certain bacteria) in your urine can signal a urinary tract infection. If the dipstick test shows that you have nitrites or enzymes that indicate bacteria or blood cells in the urine, a urine sample will be sent to the lab to see whether you have a UTI.
Note: Your practitioner will routinely check for sugar and protein, but she may check for the other indicators only when she has reason to suspect that something's amiss. Why does my healthcare practitioner want a urine sample?

Each time you come in for a prenatal visit, you'll be given a specimen cup and an antiseptic wipe and sent to the rest room to produce a urine sample.
First, wash your hands. Then, with clean fingers, separate your labia and swab your vulva with the wipe.
Urinate for a few seconds into the toilet, and then slip the cup under the stream until you collect enough for the sample. (Avoid touching the inside of the cup with your fingers.) Then finish urinating into the toilet.
An assistant will check the sample by dipping a colored test stick in it and comparing the results to a chart. She'll then write the results on your prenatal chart for your midwife or doctor to review when she's seeing you. How is a urine culture done?
If your caregiver suspects that you have a urinary tract infection — based on the results of the urine dip or because you have telltale symptoms — she'll have a specimen sent to a lab so that it can be cultured.
The urine for a culture is collected in the same way described above, except that it needs to be done with a sterile specimen cup. (If the specimen for the urine dip was collected in a sterile cup, the same urine sample can be sent to the lab for the culture.)
The lab will determine whether you have bacteria in your urine, and if so, what kind of bacteria they are and what sort of antibiotics you'll need to treat the infection.
You usually have to wait 48 hours for the results of a urine culture, but your practitioner may start you on some form of antibiotics right away, particularly if you have symptoms of a urinary tract infection. You'll be tested again after treatment and at regular intervals during your pregnancy.
Even if you have no symptoms, your practitioner may recommend repeating the urine culture if you're at high risk for UTIs — for example, if you have a history of kidney infection or frequent UTIs.

她有什么After hour contact number? 特别是他们也知道自己是男的,如果孕妇觉得不comfortable, they will lose their business...

Thanks a lot! If it's test尿道感染, then not in a hurry. If a person has 尿道感染, when she "pipi", she'll feel vey pain or very uncomfortable. as long as we "pipi" fine... I'll ask the ob anyway. Thanks!!

I saw urine c/s on the prescription during my first visit. Later I find out it's called urine culture and sensitivity. The test is used to identify any bacteria in your urine sample.

Sugar
It's normal to occasionally have a small amount of sugar in your urine during pregnancy, but if you have elevated levels at a couple of prenatal visits in a row or a very high level at one visit, it could mean you have gestational diabetes. Your practitioner may have you take a glucose challenge test to find out if that's the case. (Even if your urine test results are normal, you'll have a glucose challenge test between 24 and 28 weeks to check for this relatively common condition.)
Protein
Excess protein in your urine can be a sign of a UTI, kidney damage, or certain other disorders. Later in your pregnancy, it can also be a sign of preeclampsia if it's accompanied by high blood pressure. If you have protein in your urine but your blood pressure is normal, your sample will be sent to the lab for a culture to see whether you have a UTI.
Ketones
Ketones are produced when the body starts breaking down stored or ingested fat for energy.
Blood cells or bacteria
Blood cells or nitrites (produced by certain bacteria) in your urine can signal a urinary tract infection.

BRAVO!!!!!!!!

some MM got IV. Please check previous posts. I was found to be dehydrated but I am able to drink ginger ale. The doctor suggested me drinking ginger ale as much as possible. yewumei mm, Where can you get the ginger ale and would you please tell me what's the brand and the whole name of the ginger ale? I think I may need try it first. Thanks a lot!
yewumei mm, Where can you get the ginger ale and would you please tell me what's the brand and the whole name of the ginger ale? I think I may need try it first. Thanks a lot!

I heard it's not good to drink tea... I am not sure the ginger tea... but midwife said so... maybe it's ok.
