For a giant, multi-billion-dollar corporation, a $7,000 misstatement is almost certainly immaterial. An error of this size would not affect a reasonable investor's decision and would be considered noise. For a very small business or individual, a $7,000 misstatement could be highly material. For example, if a small business with $50,000 in annual revenue discovers a $7,000 error, it represents 14% of their revenue and would clearly influence an owner's or a potential lender's judgment

Yes, willful tax evasion is a felony crime and a violation of federal law, carrying penalties of up to five years in prison and hefty fines. Willful tax evasion involves a voluntary, intentional violation of a known legal duty, often demonstrated by "affirmative acts" such as concealing income or falsifying records. The key element is "willfulness"—a deliberate intent to cheat the government of tax revenue, distinguishing it from honest mistakes or negligence

LOL
LOL

LOL
金额可以影响刑期,up to five years
LOL
