常住附近的人其实都有经验，一般这种路口每天只特定时间就是上下学那一会儿才有人通过。行人都是确定安全才会过，看到车是直接往前冲的非常少。
司机也是，看到人能停会停，没停的，很多都不是附近的车。或者像你说的，附近人有默契，知道一般是车停还是人停。
丁字路口，当小路有stop sign
非要抠交规的话，前边那条横着的街是直行有路权，另外这条在丁字路口肯定要拐弯儿，所以要确定安全才能通过
