纽约很多一月份发奖金的都是新年第一张paycheck 401K就满了, 当然有401K match的要仔细看一下match有没有per check limit. 如果有的话还是要每个月放。

看公司的policy调整,公司的match当然要拿满 我司没有这种限制,只有年度match top,因此早存更好。另外就是万一被裁员,起码能把这一年的match全拿到

这话说的。早投资还可能早损失那。就是被裁了也能拿到公司的match算是个不错的想法。不过大部分公司都是有上限的5%左右的match。存早了就拿不到后面公司给的match。这种情况早存是损失
不管多少都值得。免费的钱为什么不要?一般公司是按你存的钱数的50%到100%配比。上限一般都是工资额的5%左右。这种情况早存满了。后面就拿不到公司match了。
正确的事,越早做越好,适用于所有情形
一开始就是都到短期的债卷基金或者MoneyMarket. 然后你自己控制那天转到Equity funds.
